Vanilla Bean White Hot Chocolate
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 squares of Ghiradelli White Baking Chocolate bar chopped finely
Slit the vanilla bean down the side and scrape out the black insides. Combine milk, pod, bean guts, and sweetened condensed milk and begin to warm over medium heat. Remove from heat once milk begins to steam (not boil). Remove pod and add chopped white chocolate, whisking well. Serve immediately.
