My mom made these yummy muffins using a recipe she found on Pinterest similar to
the ones I made here. They have no butter, no oil, and no eggs.
My sister, the amazing photographer, set up this little photoshoot, and I was pretending to
take good pictures next to her while begging her for advice.

These muffins are SO moist and delicious, and totally addicting!
And, they are incredibly easy to make.
