I am so excited to share my little Summer home tour with you today as a part of this great group of girls. If you are popping over from Happy Happy Nester, welcome! I have to admit I felt a little intimidated since I feel like our home is still such a work in progress after our rennovation, but I am thrilled to be able to show you a little bit of what I have been up to since my holiday home tour! If you would like to start the Summer Home Tour from the beginning, you can go to our lovely host Gina's blog, The Shabby Creek Cottage.
One of the things I love about Summer is all of the fresh foods and bright colors. I don't typically decorate with a lot of bright color, but at this time of year the lovely shades of all of the different flowers just make my heart happy. These Snapdragons do just that!
Another one of our favorite summer things is fresh berries! My Ella was asking me every 5 minutes when we would be able to eat this cake. I caved and let her have a piece after lunch instead of waiting until dinner.
I still have my free printable spring print out because I am still loving the pop of color. If you would like to download it, you can find it HERE.
I might have a little addiction to these French lemonade bottles from World Market. They are so dang cute and I find every excuse to use them. Love the way the pink pops for the summer!
In our family room, I still have the same pillow, but I pulled out the rug that I had originally bought for Ella's room. I am still trying to find a rug for this space that will be bigger than this one and slightly different colors... so stay tuned!
My favorite new find is this antique French basket on top of my antique pine cabinet. I have had my eye on it at a local antique mall for the past few months and finally took the plunge! French antiques are hard to come by here in Idaho, and I love them so much, so it feels like a real treat to have this one.
In Ella's room, I pulled out this fun floral quilt. It feels so happy and summery. I am actually in the process of completely changing her room (moving her to a different room), but it was fun to add one last touch to this one for her to enjoy for the next couple of weeks until I get her moved over.
If you missed my patio makeover (HERE), here are a few of the highlights.
We are enjoying the space already and the kids love the lights in the evenings.
I love my hanging baskets. They are one of my very favorite things about summer!
I hope you enjoyed my little Summer Home Tour! Thank you for popping in. I loved being able to share a little glimpse of our home with you. The next stop in the tour is Funky Junk Interiors so I hope you will head over to see her gorgeous home! Here is the lineup for the rest of the tour. I am enjoying the homes so much already and I can't wait to see what everyone else has to share.

Beautiful! I love your granite countertops! What is the granite called?
Kristen Whitby
It is "ornamental" but can have varying shades, so you might have to shop around.
Maria @ Pastels & Macarons
I AM IN LOOOOVE with your home! Seriously my dream. I have a beautiful home but slowly in the process of decorating it... though my kids constant toys and mess really don't help my vision! haha.

Hi! I am new to your blog and your house is so beautiful! I love everything about it! I would like to ask your kitchen cabinet paint color and kitchen wall color. I love the creamy whites. I am about to paint my kitchen cabinets but can't decide on the color. Thank you. And again, I love your house!!
