I had so much fun with color on my last table, but I wanted to show you how easy it is to use the same basic neutral pieces of dishware, glassware, and flatware to create a different look by changing out just the centerpiece and a couple small details. This table is so quick and easy to throw together and makes a fun space for this time of year when we are all wishing for happy sunshine and warmer weather.

One of my favorite things in the world is to have my loved ones sitting around my table, laughing and visiting. I love to create warm and inviting spaces for everyone to enjoy. Sometimes it seems like tables can seem really detailed and overwhelming, but with a few key neutral pieces and a very simple flower arrangement, it can be really easy to pull together a table.

For this table, I used the same neutral place settings and I think that really is the key to simple and easy entertaining. White plates, natural chargers, cloth napkins, and neutral flatware are things we use everyday, and feel dressed up in a setting like this. Keeping those neutral pieces on hand makes everything so quick to pull together.

My sweet girl and I added lemons to our place setting- Meyer lemons to be exact. They smell so delicious and add a dose of freshness to the table.

Before setting our table, we grabbed an antique bucket and filled it with a few bunches of chamomile from Whole foods. This is my favorite way to throw together a centerpiece in a hurry. Just add a vase or bowl filled with water to the inside of the bucket, trim your stems and stick them into the water. And it is an arrangement that lasts for such a long time!

I am in love with these simple flowers. They are like a ray of sunshine. I actually keep moving them back and forth from my table to my kitchen counter just because I love them so much.
