An outdoor Spring tablescape with garden flowers, candlelight, and free printable seed packets at each setting is a welcoming way to entertain family and friends.
I love this time of the year for many reasons, but the biggest is the amount of time we get to spend outdoors. After being cooped up inside all winter, it is such a welcome and refreshing change! If you saw my video of this table on Instagram a couple days ago, you could even hear the birds chirping in the background- the perfect spring evening.
I love that Mother’s Day is in the Spring when all of the flowers begin to bloom and the weather is so perfect! This little tablescape would be perfect for a Mother’s Day dinner in the garden.
I used a lot of the same elements from my post here, but it just goes to show you that having neutral plates, napkins, etc. on hand makes it quick and easy to create many different looks and styles of tablescape. This table looks completely different than the other one, but uses a lot of the same items. It definitely takes the stress out of entertaining to have the basics on hand.
For this table, I went with a garden theme- pretty garden flowers (from Whole foods- my garden isn’t mature enough yet), vintage inspired printable seed packets at each place setting, lemonade, canning jars, and a little butterfly print on an easel.
I will have the seed packets and the butterfly print on the blog next week for you to download!
I am still in love with this IKEA outdoor furniture.
These little vintage inspired seed packets are so easy and fun to make. My Ella helped me to put them together. I can’t wait to share the printable with you!
Garden flowers will always have my heart.
Do you see my snowball bush over there to the right? I can’t wait for her to bloom!
Some sweet friends in the Seasons of Home series are also sharing fun mother’s day tablescapes today!
