A fresh taste on the classic, apple crumble pie has a delicious taste and texture that your family will love for thanksgiving or any day.
I'm not sure there is anything better at Thanksgiving than apple pie. Well, maybe the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and rolls are all close contenders. I love apple pie. It is my very favorite. This apple crumble pie is fresh take on the classic with the most delicious texture and flavor. Your family is really going to love this one.
Sometimes we omit the pie crust (as pictured) and just load our pie slices with a healthy dollop of vanilla ice cream. It is so incredibly delicious that way. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
I have made this pie a couple of times already this season and shared it with friends and family and they love it. The texture of the crisp added to the sweetness of the filling is so unique. You can see this pie here on one of my tables I posted a few weeks ago. You can see the post HERE.
