Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potatoes - bake how many you need
  • Seasonings and Toppings - salt, pepper, butter, parmesan cheese, herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Wash, pat dry sweet potatoes.
  4. Use a fork to poke holes in the sweet potatoes, around 4-6 times.

  5. Set them on the baking sheet, roast for 40 to 50 minutes (depending on size), or until puffed up and soft inside when pierced with a fork.
