Peppermint Cheesecake Dip

A delicious cheesecake dip with peppermint and white chocolate, served with cookies for a Christmas party appetizer or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • 3 squares white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup candy canes, crushed, plus extra for garnish (approx 20 mini candy canes)
  • 1 tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Whip Cream cheese in mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and extracts and mix well.

  2. Mix in crushed candy canes and chopped white chocolate by hand. Fold in whipped cream until combined.

  3. Garnish with extra crushed candy canes.
