Easy Oven Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 package english muffins
  • 6 eggs
  • sliced Havarti cheese or whatever cheese you prefer
  • butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and crack an egg in to each individual well. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how soft you want your yolk. Meanwhile, toast your english muffins, top with butter and cheese. Add your baked egg and enjoy!
