Chicken BLT Lettuce Wraps with Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 1 head of baby romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 lb. chicken grilled and sliced into strips (1 large chicken breast)
  • 8-10 strips bacon cooked until crispy
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped

Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise I like the olive oil kind
  • 3/4 C sour cream
  • 1/4 C Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 C + 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil


  1. Pull the lettuce leaves off of the stock and rinse well. pat dry. Set out all ingredients in bowls or on a platter. I like to serve my wraps buffet style so everyone can make their own exactly the way they want them.
  2. To assemble wraps, place one leaf of lettuce on a plate or in your hand. Stack chicken, bacon, and tomatoes and drizzle with the honey mustard dressing.
