Chocolate Cranberry Blissful Bars

  • 1 Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie mix
  • 2 egg
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup + 1/2 cup Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 2/3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries loosely packed



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix brownie mix, egg, oil and water according to package instructions. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips, pour into a 13×9 pan and bake for 24-26 minutes according to package instructions. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool.
  3. In a mixer, whip the cream cheese together with the confectioners’ sugar, vanilla and milk. Add melted white chocolate chips and beat for 3 minutes on high. Spread onto the top of the cooled brownies. Sprinkle with dried cranberries. Drizzle with 1/2 cup of melted chocolate chips.

Recipe Notes

To melt chips: Microwave on high for 30 seconds, remove and stir. Continue to microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between each until thoroughly melted.
