Preheat oven to lowest setting (190°). In a mixer (I use a bosch), mix together warm water, OJ concentrate, yeast and oil. Add sugar and salt and mix until combined. Add flour a cup or two at a time until dough is combined. Let mixer knead dough for 4-5 minutes. Separate into greased pans (4 large, or 6 small).
Place in warm oven for 30 minutes or until bread rises. Bump up the temperature on the oven to 350° and let cook for an additional 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and use the end of a stick of butter to lightly rub and coat the tops of your bread. This makes it look and taste extra golden and delicious.
This bread is good with everything, but my favorite is butter and honey or homemade jam.
