This quick and easy oven-baked bacon is the absolute best, with perfect bacon every time and very little mess. It is so much easier than traditional pan frying!
Preheat oven to 400°
Prepare baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil. Add. a metal cooling rack on top of the foil for extra crispy bacon.
Lay out bacon strips in a single layer, side by side on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, draining the grease at the halfway point. Check at 15 minutes for doneness. Add more or less time depending on oven and desired crispness.
Drain on a paper towel lined plate and then serve.
