Low Calorie Decadent Pumpkin Chai

Ingredients

  • 1 big can of pumpkin
  • 1 small package of sugar free vanilla pudding
  • Tazo liquid Chai
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend together your pumpkin, pudding powder and 2 cups of milk on high until well blended. Then blend it little more. You want this WELL blended.
  2. To make an 8 oz. Pumpkin Chai, mix:

    1/2 cup of the pumpkin mixture {keep the rest in the fridge for later use}
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup of the liquid Tazo chai (I prefer the Tazo brand~ regular or decaf. It is spicy enough to really compliment the pumpkin well)

  3. I use a fork to beat mine together really well… kind of like if you were beating an egg. Pop in the microwave to heat through. ( I do mine for about 1 min. 30 sec.)
