- "just because" gifts
Free printables are such a budget-friendly way to be thoughtful as well.
I guess it is a way of setting myself up for success. I am trying to be more thoughtful in my day-to-day life, and when I have things like this on hand, it makes it so much easier!
Easy + Quick Gift Ideas
Gifts don't have to be big to carry meaning or to let someone know you're thinking about them. Sometimes the smallest of gestures are the most meaningful. I truly believe that it is the little efforts that make people feel loved and cared for.
Some ides for effortless gift giving include:
- a plate of cookies or a fresh treat from the bakery
- a loaf of homemade bread
- fresh flowers from the grocery store
- your favorite kitchen gadget
- a favorite drink from a local soda shop
- a to-go lunch picked up from a favorite restaurant
- a sweet little new soap dispenser or favorite dish towel
- a gift card to a favorite shop or restaurant
- a cute candle
- favorite lotion or hand scrub
- a new houseplant
- a fun reusable cup
Just remember that your gifts don't need to be elaborate at all.
If I am already making a loaf of dinner for my family, I will often just make an extra to take to someone else. The same goes for if I am already going to the grocery store. Sometimes I will just pick up a little bunch of flowers while I am there and drop them off on my way home.
How to Print + Use Gift Tags
These tags are approximately 2.5" by 3.6" so they are a bit larger than traditional little sticky tags. You can write on the front in the blank space or you could write on the back. You could also just leave them blank.
I either tape or tie them onto gifts. If you would like to tie them to a package, you just need to punch a hole in one of the corners and use a ribbon or string to thread through and tie to your gift.
