Keep the mess all in one place with this little Christmas gift wrapping station- free printable holiday gift tags included!
I am sharing some little gift wrapping ideas today with Free Printable watercolor tags for you to download and use as part of our Farmhouse Holiday Series!
We actually did the bulk of our Christmas shopping a couple of months ago but I have been procrastinating wrapping presents- mostly because I have 3 kids under the age of 5 and it is a little challenging keeping the presents unopened once wrapped. The temptation is just too much! 🙂 I love this stage so much though- everything is so magical and exciting.
I have a little hoard of ribbons and notions that I love to add to my gifts (actually 2 of these big wood boxes worth- so maybe I have a little bit of a problem). I got most of them at Michaels and Home Goods, but have really collected them from everywhere over the years.
I actually prefer to use kraft paper to wrap my gifts with a hodge podge of ribbons and tags but I mixed it up a little this year, adding some whites, plaids and grays and I love them together! The plaid bag is my favorite and it is actually just a bag that Pottery Barn put my items in at checkout. I also made a bunch of these yarn pom poms to decorate gifts because they are so fun and my kids love them. I will try to post a tutorial this week because I think my way of making them is way easier (and faster!) than the others I have seen.
I hung a fresh boxwood wreath in my office/studio too. We have 14 foot ceilings in here to give you an idea of scale. I think I will add a ribbon to it still though. Maybe a red striped one like my other boxwoods?
