Oh how I love fall! The crispness in the air, the landscape changing colors, the. leaves. crunching underfoot, the family time, all of it. It is such a joy and a welcome relief from the heat of summer.
Decorating for fall is something I enjoy doing each year and it is so easy with artwork like these free muted fall botanicals and thankful tree leaves. Hint: enjoy this Pumpkin Pecan Coffee Cake while you decorate this year- it is so good!

Fall Paintings
I have been on the hunt for vintage paintings with muted fall colors for a while now. Every time I shop at an antique store, I always check to see if I can find them. I haven't had any luck, so I decided to make my own. I found a vintage countryside scene and enhanced it with autumn colors.
I love the serene feel of this fall painting. It has a subtle amount without going over the top. It could easily transition to any room of the house.
I think I am going to make a bigger version to hang in our family room.
Note: I made the painting slightly larger than the frame/mat size so there is no white space showing through.
Framing Artwork
This printable fall painting can be added to any frame you might have on hand. The colors look particular beautiful in a more vintage gold frame and I am on the hunt for a true antique frame to use. It would also be pretty in a rich wood toned frame.
I picked up this frame and mat from the dollar store, so you can't beat the price!
Printing Artwork
When printing this artwork, please remember that it is for personal use only. Any other use must receive prior written consent.
This fall painting free printable is available below in a few different sizes: 3x5, 4x6, and 8x10. I just had mine printed at an office supply store on regular printer paper. It only cost a few cents and the print quality is much better than I can get on my printer at home.

Where to display Fall Paintings
Fall paintings are both classic and on trend right now. They add charm and coziness to any room of the home. There is something so inviting about a well curated and "collected" feeling home. I love to recreate that feel in ever room.
