Every year, when we start to feel the crispness of Fall, I head to the bulk section of my grocery store and replenish my spices for all of the baking I will be doing in the upcoming season. Pumpkin Pie Spice is really easy to make from the spices I already buy, so I make that one from scratch... and it tastes SO much better than the premade, store bought kind.
Oh how I love all of these smells. It is one of my very favorite things about Fall.
Once you see how easy this is to make (and SO much cheaper), you will never want to purchase the premade spice again! All of the fresh spices are delicious in cookies, pies, puddings, and on top of ciders and drinks.
I hope this recipe helps you to prepare for all of your holiday baking!

Thanks so much! I live in the uk and several recipes call on pumpkin spice but you can't buy it over here and already have these in my cupboard!
