Cornstarch, and Flowers, and Cupcake Flags, Oh My!

Have you ever given a 10 1/2 month old cornstarch?
It is ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!
Ella was in heaven!

She played and played and played.

The funny thing is that this is pretty much what I look like when I make cookies.

I gave her a little rubber spatula and she pushed the corn starch all around. It was so cute!

I could just eat up these little cheeks... every.single.time I see them!

Last week I made a bunch of these cupcake flags for some friends of mine and I thought that the colors of the vintage seam binding looked so pretty that I had to take a few pictures. These are really fun to make! You can see the ones I made for the 4th of July here.
This past week was our anniversary!
My sweet husband had these beautiful flowers sent to me.
Every time I walk by them, their intoxicating fragrance and beautiful
vibrance make me smile.

He is truly the best person I know, and I am thankful for him every single day.

I had the most wonderful weekend hanging out with my two loves
and I snuck away for a night as well to camp with 300 teenage girls!
It was a total blast.
Thank you for putting up with the completely random post.
I am excited to work on a few projects this week,
so hopefully I will be able to share them!
